- Mix 2 cups finely ground graham crackers (GF use GF graham crackers) with 1 stick melted butter.
- Press into a 9x13 pan, lined with either parchment paper or foil, and top with 1 1/2 cups each chopped salted macadamia nuts and unsweetened coconut flakes and 1 cup each chopped dried pineapple and white chocolate chips.
- Top with one 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk mixed with 1/2 cup cream of coconut.
- Bake until bubbling around the edges, 30 to 35 minutes.
