Tuscan Tuna

Ingredients

  • 2- 4-6 oz Tuna Steaks
  • Marinade
  • ¼ Cup Olive Oil
  • 2 T Oregano
  • 1 Tsp Chili Flakes
  • 2 T Olive Oil
  • ¼ cup Capers
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • ½ cup sliced black olives
  • ¼ cup dry white wine

Directions

  1. Marinate Tuna Steaks in Olive oil, oregano, chili flakes
  2. Heat Skillet making sure its very hot and add olive oil
  3. Place Tuna in pan, cook 2-3 minutes per side
  4. Add capers, Tomatoes & Olives, cook until warmed thru
  5. Add wine & Serve with Pasta
