Romano Herb Cottage Cheese Spread Recipe Gluten Free

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whipped cottage cheese (use a mixer to blend thoroughly)
  • 2 tbs chives, freshly chopped
  • 2 tbs basil, freshly chopped
  • ½ tsp thyme, de-stemmed and chopped
  • 2 tbs Romano cheese, fresh grated
  • fresh ground pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Mix the herbs into the cottage cheese.
  2. Add the Romano cheese and pepper, mix well.
  3. Scoop into a container and cover.
  4. Refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour to meld the flavors before serving.
