Lincoln Log gluten free

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • ½ cup grated Swiss Cheese
  • 2 tsp Horseradish
  • 3or 4 oz of finely chopped dried beef.

Directions

  1. Combine cream cheese, Swiss Cheese, and horseradish.
  2. Mix and place on wax paper to form a log.
  3. Then roll on chopped dry beef.
  4. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Slice and serve on crackers.
