- 8 oz cream cheese
- ½ cup grated Swiss Cheese
- 2 tsp Horseradish
- 3or 4 oz of finely chopped dried beef.
- Combine cream cheese, Swiss Cheese, and horseradish.
- Mix and place on wax paper to form a log.
- Then roll on chopped dry beef.
- Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Slice and serve on crackers.
