- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 3/4 cup fresh lemon juice (strained)
- 3 1/2 cups water
- Fresh mint and blueberries to garnish
- Heat water and sugar in a saucepan over medium-high heat stirring occasionally until sugar is dissolved to create simple syrup. Remove from heat.
- Squeeze 5-6 lemons to obtain 3/4 cup of fresh lemon juice. Run through strainer to remove pulp if desired.
- Add simple syrup, juice, and water to pitcher with ice, fresh mint and blueberries and enjoy!
