Ruffles Krispy Treats Gluten Free

Ingredients

  • ¼ C salted butter
  • 4 C mini marshmallows
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 5 C Ruffles Potato Chips, lightly crushed

Directions

  1. Combine butter and marshmallows in a mircrowave-safe bowl. Cook for 1-1½ minutes or until the butter and marshmallow are just melted, no longer.
  2. Stir in vanilla extract and add potato chips, folding until chips are coated with the marshmallow.
  3. Press into a greased 8x8" pan and let cool. Cut into 12 squares.
