Cilantro Lime Coleslaw Gluten Free

Ingredients

  • 6- Cups thinly sliced Cabbage ( 1/2 a large head)
  • 1/4- Cup chopped Cilantro
  • 1- tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/4- tsp Pepper
  • 1/4- Cup Lime Juice
  • 2- Tbsp Orange Juice
  • 3-Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions

  1. In a medium size bowl combine your lime juice, oj, and olive oil.
  2. Whisk it all together.
  3. In a large bowl toss together your cabbage, cilantro, salt and pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture, and let sit about 15 minutes before serving.
