- 1. 16 oz. Box of Pasta (GF use GF pasta)
- 2. 3 TB Butter
- 3. 3 TB Flour (GF use Domata or cornstarch)
- 4. 1 cup German Beer of your choice (GF use dark GF beer)
- 5. 1 Cup Cream
- 6. 4 oz. Cream Cheese
- 7. 8 oz. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 8. 8 oz. Mozzarella Cheese
- Cook and Drain pasta according to package.
- While pasta is cooking, melt butter and flour.
- Mix until it turns into thick paste.
- Next pour in the Best part, The Beer and mix well.
- Then add and mix the cream. Bring the mixture to low boil, add in the cream cheese.
- Stir and heat until its melted.
- Next add Shredded Cheddar and Mozzarella.
- Heat and stir until EVERYTHING is melted.
- Finally pour sauce over pasta and mix well.
