German Beer Mac N Cheese Gluten Free Substitutions

Ingredients

  • 1. 16 oz. Box of Pasta (GF use GF pasta)
  • 2. 3 TB Butter
  • 3. 3 TB Flour (GF use Domata or cornstarch)
  • 4. 1 cup German Beer of your choice (GF use dark GF beer)
  • 5. 1 Cup Cream
  • 6. 4 oz. Cream Cheese
  • 7. 8 oz. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 8. 8 oz. Mozzarella Cheese

Directions

  1. Cook and Drain pasta according to package.
  2. While pasta is cooking, melt butter and flour.
  3. Mix until it turns into thick paste.
  4. Next pour in the Best part, “The Beer” and mix well.
  5. Then add and mix the cream. Bring the mixture to low boil, add in the cream cheese.
  6. Stir and heat until its melted.
  7. Next add Shredded Cheddar and Mozzarella.
  8. Heat and stir until EVERYTHING is melted.
  9. Finally pour sauce over pasta and mix well.
