Ingredients

  • 1 pound walleye
  • 8 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 medium onion, diced

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place fish in shallow baking pan; place diced onion and cheese evenly on fish. Mix sour cream and soup in a bowl spoon onto fish. Bake in preheated oven 30 to 35 minutes.
