Makes 2-3 servings
- 1 2 lb. T-Bone steak, about 2 inches thick
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tbsp cracked fresh black pepper
- 1 tsp sea salt
- Rub the steak with the olive oil. Rub in the spices and set aside for 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill to high.
- When you begin to make the sauce, throw the steaks on the grill and cook for about 8 minutes on each side for medium rare.
