T-Bone with Sage Mushroom Sauce

Makes 2-3 servings


  • 1 2 lb. T-Bone steak, about 2 inches thick
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 tbsp cracked fresh black pepper
  • 1 tsp sea salt


  1. Rub the steak with the olive oil. Rub in the spices and set aside for 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat grill to high.
  3. When you begin to make the sauce, throw the steaks on the grill and cook for about 8 minutes on each side for medium rare.
