- 4- 6 thin pork chops
- ¼ cup low sodium soy sauce
- ¼ cup red wine
- 1 tsp. dried powdered rosemary (or fresh chopped)
- 1 large garlic clove, pressed
- Fresh ground pepper
- Combine soy, wine, rosemary, garlic and pepper in a large Ziploc bag or bowl. Add chops and marinate for about 30 minutes. Grill about 3 ½ minutes each side or until done. Remove from grill, tent with oil and let rest for 3 minutes before serving.
