- 3 ½ lb Certified Angus Beef Rump Roast
- 3 beef bouillon cubes, crushed
- 1 tbsp. fresh rosemary, chopped
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
- Seasoning salt
- Place roast in a slow cooker that has been coated with nonstick spray. Combine the seasoning ingredients together. Turn slow cooker on low.
- Lightly rub the roast with olive oil, then run on seasoning. Cook on low for 24 hours.
