Roasted Rosemary Beef

Ingredients

  • 3 ½ lb Certified Angus Beef Rump Roast
  • 3 beef bouillon cubes, crushed
  • 1 tbsp. fresh rosemary, chopped
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • Seasoning salt
  • Pepper

Directions

  1. Place roast in a slow cooker that has been coated with nonstick spray. Combine the seasoning ingredients together. Turn slow cooker on low.
  2. Lightly rub the roast with olive oil, then run on seasoning. Cook on low for 24 hours.
