Ribeye Steaks with Soy Mustard Glaze

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 garlic cloves, peeled
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, minced
  • ½ tsp dried thyme
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 6 ribeye steaks

Directions

  1. Combine the ingredients up to the rosemary. Blend together.
  2. Brush both sides of the steak with this mixture and grill or broil for 4 minutes.
  3. Turn and brush with remaining sauce mixture- cook 4 more minutes (for medium rare).
