Remoulade Sauce

Makes 1 1/4 cups

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups Mayonnaise or Salad Dressing
  • 2 Hard Cooked Egg Yolks, finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp minced Fresh Parsley
  • 2 Cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp Dried Chervil
  • 1 Tbsp Paprika
  • 1 ½ Tbsp Creole Mustard
  • 2 Tbsp White Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Sherry
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • Dash of Hot Sauce

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients, cover and chill.
