Raspberry BBQ Ribs

This recipe is gluten free.


  • Rack of Ribs,
  • Your choice BBQ Sauce
  • Small jar of raspberry Jam


  1. Take rack(s) of ribs and put on cookie sheet, cover with tinfoil. Put in the oven and back at 300 degrees for 3 hours.
  2. Use choice of BBQ sauce. I prefer 2 Fat Guys. Use one jar per rack of ribs and mix in small jar of raspberry jam. After 2 hours, take tinfoil off of ribs and sauce the ribs. Continue baking for another hour.
