Pumpkin Carrot Raisin Cheesecake Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raisins

Directions

  1. Soak raisins in hot water to cover for 15 minutes to plump them. Drain thoroughly and blot with a paper towel to dry. Set aside.
  2. Line a 9x13 inch baking pan with foil. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour. Cool and slice into squares before serving.
