Pork Chops with Pineapple

Makes 4-6 servings


  • 8 pork chops
  • 6 slices pineapple, fresh, cored
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Seasonings to taste


  1. Season the pork chops. Cook them slowly in the butter in a frying pan. Cook on both sides. This requires about 15 minutes.
  2. Cover with the slices of pineapple. Cook for about 8 minutes longer. Then serve..
