Makes 4-6 servings
- 8 pork chops
- 6 slices pineapple, fresh, cored
- 2 tbsp butter
- Seasonings to taste
- Season the pork chops. Cook them slowly in the butter in a frying pan. Cook on both sides. This requires about 15 minutes.
