Makes 3/4 cup
This No-Fat Sauce is excellent served over Chicken or Pork, try it over Gooseberries Stuffed Pork Chops. Best of all itÄôs only 15 minutes from start to finish!
- ½ cup Plum Jam
- ¼ cup Green Onions, sliced
- 1 Tbsp Cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. Dry Sherry
- 2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Vinegar
- In a small sauce pan combine jam, green onions and corn starch. Whisk to mix well.
- Stir in sherry, soy sauce and vinegar.
- Over medium heat cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
- Cook and stir 2 minutes more.
- Serve warm over cooked chicken or pork.
