Pineapple Coleslaw

Ingredients
- 1 head green cabbage
- 2 carrots
- 1 can crushed pineapple (whole can, including juice)
- ¾ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sugar
Directions
- Grate cabbage & carrots. (or run through food processor)
- Add pineapple, mayonnaise and sugar.
- (mayo quantity may need to vary depending on size of cabbage).
- Mix together. Chill for one hour.
