Peppered Ribeye Steaks

Ingredients

  • ¾ tsp fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp ground red pepper
  • ½ tsp lemon pepper
  • ½ tsp dried parsley flakes
  • 2 ribeye steaks ( 1 ½ inch thick)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Directions

  1. Combine first 7 ingredients. Brush steaks with oil; rub with pepper mixture. Cover and chill for 1 hour.
  2. Grill, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat (350-400 degrees) about 10 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness.
