- 8 Gooseberries Thin Ribeye Steaks
- 2 Tbsp. BoarÄôs Head Delicatessen Style Mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Kosher Salt
- 2 Tbsp. fresh Rosemary, chopped
- 4 Tbsp. Cracked Black Peppercorn
- Mix together the mustard, salt, rosemary and peppercorn.
- Rub each steak with mustard mixture and let rest for 15 minutes.
- Grill to desired tenderness.
