Peppercorn Mustard Ribeye Steaks

Ingredients

  • 8 Gooseberries Thin Ribeye Steaks
  • 2 Tbsp. Boar‚Äôs Head Delicatessen Style Mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. Kosher Salt
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh Rosemary, chopped
  • 4 Tbsp. Cracked Black Peppercorn

Directions

  1. Mix together the mustard, salt, rosemary and peppercorn.
  2. Rub each steak with mustard mixture and let rest for 15 minutes.
  3. Grill to desired tenderness.
