- 1 tbsp Maille® Old Style Mustard
- or Honey Dijon Mustard, or more to taste
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar, or more to taste
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Splash of lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
- Mix Maille® Old Style or Honey Dijon Mustard, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice and a pinch of salt until well blended.
- Pour in oil, little by little, and mix until well blended. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve over your favorite salad mix.
