Miso Dipping Sauce

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup orange-pineapple juice concentrate, thawed
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp red miso (soybean paste)
  • 2 tsp finely chopped peeled fresh ginger
  • 2 tsp dark sesame oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced

Directions

  1. Whisk together all ingredients in a bowl and chill. This sauce can be made up to three days in advance
