This recipe is gluten free.
- 2 pound boneless chicken breasts
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- Salt, to taste
- 1 cup enchilada sauce
- 8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
- 8 green onions, chopped
- Add chicken to pot with taco seasoning, enchilada sauce and salt. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 until chicken shreds. Serve with tortillas. Sprinkle the cheese and green onions over the top. Enjoy!
