Londonport Dip

Ingredients

  • 16 oz Beef Consommé‚Äô
  • 1 tsp. Chopped Fresh Garlic
  • 1 Gooseberries Parisian Loaf
  • 1 lb Boar‚Äôs Head Londonport Top Round Roast Beef, sliced
  • 8 slices Boar‚Äôs Head Picante Provolone
  • Roasted Onions - optional

Directions

  1. In a small saucepan heat beef consommé‚Äô and garlic over medium heat. Add the Londonport Roast Beef and Heat through. Slice the bread lengthwise and cut into four equal portions. Place warmed beef on the bread and top with Provolone and roasted onions if desired.
  2. Use remaining consommé‚Äô as au jus.
