Lemon Salmon Fillets

Makes 8 servings


  • 8- 4oz Salmon fillets
  • Non Stick Cooking Spray
  • 3 lemons
  • 1/2 cup Italian flavored bread crumbs
  • 25 Sprays I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray


  1. Lightly spray pan with non stick cooking spray. Thinly slice lemons and place on bottom of pan. Layer salmon fillets on top of lemon slices. Squeeze juice from any remaining lemon over top to salmon.
  2. Evenly sprinkle bread crumbs over salmon fillets. Spray about 3 sprays on bread crumbs for each salmon fillet. Bake in oven at 375 for 10 to 12 minutes.
