Lemon Caper Tarter sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 ½ tbsp finely chopped cornichone pickles
  • 1 tbsp minced drained capers
  • 2 tsp minced green onions
  • 1 tsp mince parsley
  • 1 tsp chopped chives
  • 1 tsp minced tarragon
  • ½ tsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp finely grated lemon zest
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Directions

  1. In a non reactive bowl place the first nine ingredients and mix well. Then add the lemon juice salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate until needed.
