Josh's Apricot Brandy Sauce

For 4 Pork Chops

This incredibly easy sauce is a favorite of our Meat Manager Josh. He suggests serving it over our custom cut Porterhouse Pork Chops or as a new twist with our regular shredded pork.


  • 1 cup Brandy
  • 1 cup Apricot Preserves


  1. Mix together in a sauce pan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until well blended and warm.
