Joe’s Vietnamese Dipping Chicken

This recipe is Gluten Free.


  • 1 pkg boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 4 Tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • Juice from 1 lime, (plus 2 limes cut into wedges for serving)


  1. Combine ingredients and let marinate for at least 1 hour. Grill until chicken is done.
  2. To serve, combine in small individual bowls, lime juice from 1 or 2 wedges, a pinch of pepper, and 2 pinches salt. Dip the chicken as you eat it in lime juice mixture. Enjoy!
