Grilled Chicken Wings with Lemon and Garlic

Ingredients

  • 16 chicken wings
  • 3 tbsp of olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 4 garlic cloves, mashed
  • 3 tbsp of chopped parsley
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp fresh ground pepper

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper and garlic. Wash the chicken wings, dry them, and then add them to the marinade tossing to coat.
  2. Place in the refrigerator for a least one hour, covered. Brush your grill with oil to prevent the wings from sticking. Grill them for 3-4 minutes and then turn them over and grill for another 3-4 minutes until done. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
