German Coleslaw I

Ingredients

  • 8 c. finely shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 medium green pepper, cored, seeded and minced
  • 1 medium yellow onion, finely chopped (1/2 c.)

Directions

  1. Place cabbage, green pepper and onion in large bowl and mix and toss.
  2. Prepare the dressing as directed.
  3. Cover and let marinate in refrigerator 2-3 hours before serving. Then toss well again.
