- 8 c. finely shredded cabbage
- 1/2 medium green pepper, cored, seeded and minced
- 1 medium yellow onion, finely chopped (1/2 c.)
- Place cabbage, green pepper and onion in large bowl and mix and toss.
- Prepare the dressing as directed.
- Cover and let marinate in refrigerator 2-3 hours before serving. Then toss well again.
