Fresh Blueberry Crisp

Makes 10 servings

Ingredients

  • 5 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup brown sugar, packed
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¾ cup oatmeal, uncooked
  • ¼ cup cold butter, cut up

Directions

  1. Preheat over to 375 degrees F. Spread blueberries evenly onto bottom of a lightly greased 13 x 9 inch glass baking dish. Mix lemon juice and vanilla in a small bowl; sprinkle evenly over blueberries.
  2. In a bowl, mix remaining ingredients. Sprinkle evenly over blueberries. Bake 35-40 minutes. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
