French Fondue

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Emmanthaler Cheese
  • 1/3 cup of Beer
  • 1 clove Garlic (optional)
  • dash or two Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp. Mustard Powder
  • dash of Cayenne Pepper

Directions

  1. Heat the beer hot enough to melt the cheese, add cheese and stir constantly until it reaches a creamy dipping consistency (add more beer if needed). Add the rest of the ingredients and mix in well.
  2. Serve with Bread such as French, Rye or Pumpernickel or fruit such as Apples or Pears.
