Fly Off The Plate BBQ Baby Back Ribs

Makes 25 ribs

Ingredients

  • 4 lbs baby back ribs
  • Salt
  • 3 tbsp liquid smoke
  • 2/3 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp molasses
  • 2 tbsp bourbon
  • 1 tbsp cider vinegar
  • 3 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Mix all ingredients except the ribs and salt to make the sauce. Place ribs in roasting pans, sprinkle with salt. Roast for 45 minutes. Baste ribs with some of the sauce. Roast another 30 minutes.
  2. Remove from oven and let stand for 10 minutes. Cut into individual ribs, return to roasting pan. Baste cut sides of ribs with rest of the sauce. Roast another 30 minutes.
