Fireman's Rice

Fireman's Rice

This recipe is Gluten Free.

Ingredients

  • 1 -14 oz box minute rice
  • 1 -4 oz can dice jalapenos
  • 3 -4 oz cans diced green chilies
  • 1 bunch scallions chopped
  • 12 oz sour cream
  • 1 lb fresh mushrooms
  • 1 lb colby jack cheese shredded
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 8 oz can sliced black olives
  • 1 tsp garlic salt

Directions

  1. Cook rice as directed with 1 tsp garlic salt. When done, add sour cream, soups, chilies, and jalapenos.
  2. Mix well and add1/4 of cheese and mix. Add the rest of the ingredients except the remaining cheese. Put in baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, until it starts to bubble. Do not over cook! Enjoy!
