EverRoast® Chicken and Red Apple Sandwiches

Note: If you like a little zip to your sandwich, spread the bread slices with Savory Remoulade to taste.


  • 1 cup Arugula or Greens of your choice
  • ½ lb Boar's Head Longhorn Colby Jack Cheese, Sliced
  • 1 lb EverRoast Oven Roasted Chicken Breast, Sliced
  • 8 slices Multi-Grain Bread
  • 1 Apple, Fuji or Gala, Thinly Sliced .
  • Boar‚Äôs Head Savory Remoulade **optional - see note


  1. Place the bread on a work surface and add the arugula to 4 of the slices.
  2. Add the chicken and then the cheese.
  3. Cover each sandwich with a thin layer of the apples.
  4. Top the sandwiches with the remaining bread slices and serve.
