Dirty Rice

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground hamburger
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup green pepper
  • 1/2 cup red pepper
  • 4 cups hot cooked rice
  • 1/4 cup Fresh parsley leaves
  • Salta and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Cook the hamburger in a large skillet until browned and drain.
  2. Add the vegetables and saute until soft. Gently fold in the rice and parsley. Add salt and pepper to taste.
