- 2 rack of beef ribs
- Garlic Powder
- Beef Seasonings
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- In rack pan, place a sheet of aluminum foil on bottom of pan, then place the rack in a pan.
- Put ribs on rack.
- Lightly coat ribs with olive oil. Sprinkle seasoning over ribs, turn and repeat.
- Put in oven at 400 for about 1 1/2 hours.
- Lower heat to 300 degrees and cook for 2-3 hours until crispy.
