Corn Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (8.5 oz.) Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1 can (15 oz.) Niblets corn, drained
  • 1 can (15 oz.) yellow cream style corn
  • 1 stick (4 oz.) butter, melted
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 3 eggs, beaten

Directions

  1. Beat all together and place in buttered casserole, oblong, about 1 1/2 to 2 quarts. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
