Makes 4-6 servings
- 2 cups cooked corn fresh or frozen Äì( 1 large ear of corn yields about 1 cup)
- 1 avocado, cut into ½ inch cubes
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
- ½ cup diced red onion
- Combine salad ingredients in a large glass bowl.
- Pour dressing over salad and gently toss to mix.
