Cilantro T-Bone Steaks

Makes 4 servings


  • 2 pounds T-Bone Steak
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
  • Grated zest of ½ lemon
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 roasted garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Kosher salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper


  1. Place roasted garlic, mustard, cilantro, lemon zest, balsamic vinegar and olive oil in a shallow bowl and mix into a paste. Place steaks in a shallow baking dish and pour mixture over the meat. Make sure the steaks are evenly coated. Let sit at least 8 hours.
  2. Preheat grill. Remove steaks from dish and retain marinade. Sprinkle steaks with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill for about 5 minutes per side or until cooked to desired doneness. Brush with marinade half way through grilling.
