Chocolate Lobster

Ingredients
- Four 1 to 1 1/2 lb lobsters
- 32 oz semisweet chocolate
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- Flavor injector
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Melt chocolate in a double boiler. Take pot off heat and stir in brown sugar and egg. Turn lobsters onto their backs and inject chocolate sauce into center of tail.
- Place in oven for 9-11 minutes. Remove and serve immediately.
