Chocolate Lobster

Ingredients

  • Four 1 to 1 1/2 lb lobsters
  • 32 oz semisweet chocolate
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • Flavor injector

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Melt chocolate in a double boiler. Take pot off heat and stir in brown sugar and egg. Turn lobsters onto their backs and inject chocolate sauce into center of tail.
  2. Place in oven for 9-11 minutes. Remove and serve immediately.
