Chili Cinnamon Southwestern Grilled Steak

Ingredients

  • 4 8-oz. beef ribeye steaks
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • Garnish:
  • Cilantro sprigs

Directions

  1. Prepare grill for medium-hot direct cooking. In a small bowl, combine chili powder, cinnamon, cocoa, salt, and oregano. Rub mixture into both sides of steak. Place on grill and cook 5-8 minutes per side or to desired doneness. Remove from grill and garnish with cilantro, if desired.
