- 3 cups diced cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup orzo pasta, cooked according to package directions
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 4 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 (6 oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts, core removed, sliced into thick slices
- Combine chicken, cooked orzo, tomatoes, green onions and artichoke hearts; toss with dressing to combine.
- Season salad with salt and pepper to taste; serve.
