Catfish Parmesan

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds catfish fillets (4 to 6 fillets)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. grated onion
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. red pepper
  • ¼ tsp. paprika

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place catfish fillets in a single layer on the bottom of a well-greased 12? x 8? x 2? baking dish.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients except paprika. Spread mixture over fish. Sprinkle with paprika.
  3. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily. If desired, garnish with parsley sprigs.
