- 2 pounds catfish fillets (4 to 6 fillets)
- 1 cup sour cream
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. grated onion
- ½ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. red pepper
- ¼ tsp. paprika
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place catfish fillets in a single layer on the bottom of a well-greased 12? x 8? x 2? baking dish.
- Combine remaining ingredients except paprika. Spread mixture over fish. Sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily. If desired, garnish with parsley sprigs.
