Caramel Apple Dip

This recipe is gluten free


  • 6 oz of light cream cheese ‚Äì soft
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/6 ‚Äì 1/4 cup caramel topping
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cup Light Cool Whip


  1. In a bowl combine the following well – cream cheese, brown sugar, caramel topping, vanilla, and cool whip.
  2. Do a taste test — if it is not sweet enough add a little more caramel sauce.
  3. Serve with sliced apples.
