Cambozola Cheese Spread for CAB Top Sirloin Steak

****Softening time will vary with the wattage of the microwave. Soften just enough to make mixable.This spread will go well with any cut of beef.Also excellent with baked potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz Package Cream Cheese
  • 4 oz Cambozola German Blue Cheese, rind removed.

Directions

  1. Bring Cream Cheese to room temperature or soften in the microwave.
  2. Remove rind from cheese and cut into cream cheese.
  3. Mix together with a hand mixer until smooth.
  4. Serve at room temperature with grilled steak
