Boars Head EverRoast Chicken Flatbread Sandwich

Serves 2 or 24 appetizer wedges


  • 6 to 8 slices Boars Head White American Cheese
  • 4 (6 inch) Whole Wheat Tortillas
  • 6 to 8 slices Boar's Head EverRoast Chicken Breast
  • ½ cup Roasted Red Peppers, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. (or more to taste) Boar's Head Pepperhouse Gourmaise or Mayonnaise
  • ½ cup packed Fresh Basil Leaves, thinly sliced


  1. Layer Tortilla in this order: 3-4 slices cheese, 3-4 slices chicken, ½ of the peppers, ½ of the basil
  2. Spread the Pepperhouse Gourmaise lightly on another tortilla and place over the basil. Press down lightly.
  3. Coat pan or electric skillet with cooking oil spray. Grill the tortilla about 3 minutes on each side, or until the cheese begins to melt. Serve with a salad for lunch or dinner or cut into small wedges as appetizers
