- 1 whole banana -- frozen
- 1 cup frozen peach slices
- 1/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries or raspberries
- 1/2 cup lowfat vanilla yogurt
- 1 tbsp wheat germ
- Place banana, frozen peach slices, blueberries, yogurt and wheat germ in a blender and process until smooth.
