- 1 Gooseberries Bakery Fresh Angel Food Cake
- 1 pt. Blueberries
- 16 oz pkg. Strawberries
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 cup heavy cream
- Mix sour cream, sugar, and fold in berries.
- Whip cream; gently add to sour cream mixture.
- Slice angel food cake into 3 layers.
- Spread mixture between slices and top. Refrigerate 2-3 hours.
- You may also add raspberries or blackberries
